♦  To select multiple instructors, subjects or course materials cost, hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the instructor names, subjects or course materials cost. Holding down the ctrl key toggles the selection on and off each time you click on it.
♦  To print the report, click on the Preview Pdf button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
♦  The day abbreviations are as follows: M = Monday, T = Tuesday, W = Wednesday, R = Thursday, F = Friday, S = Saturday and U = Sunday.
♦  To search the entire schedule for courses that contain specific text, i.e. computer, enter the text computer in the Search for Text field.
♦  To reset the schedule back to all courses, click on RESET.
♦  To view non-credit courses only, select 'Q - Non-Credit' from the Part of Semester drop down list.
